STEP 1: Fill-out and complete the Application Form on-line.
For Walk-In Applicants, please download & print the Admission Form below, fill-out completely and pass along with the requirements when you go to school.

STEP 2: Click the link for the list of requirements for submission.
STEP 3: Upload the required documents for evaluation then click the SUBMIT button.
STEP 4: Email/SMS confirmation receipt of application will be sent to you with your application ID for your enlistment.
STEP 5: On-line Interview with the applicant and parent/guardian will be conducted on the scheduled date and time.
STEP 6: Wait for the Admissions Office confirmation on the result of the evaluation before enlistment.
